Duties * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently. * Greet customers warmly, answer questions about products, and assist with product demos when needed. * Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cash register balancing and reconciliation. * Upsell relevant products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to promote featured items. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person, ensuring a positive shopping experience. * Assist in inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting regular stock checks. Requirements * Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus. * Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for cash handling and transaction accuracy. * Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively. * Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions. * Experience in grocery store or similar retail environments is advantageous. * Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to engage customers professionally. * Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
