Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and client referrals. * Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners. * Conduct product presentations, showroom tours, and on-site consultations. * Accurately read construction drawings, take field measurements, and provide clients with tailored solutions. * Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. * Collaborate closely with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth and accurate product delivery. * Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction. * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications * Proven sales experience in the window and door industry is strongly preferred. * Knowledge of window and door products, installation processes, and jobsite requirements. * Ability to read construction drawings and perform accurate field measurements. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
