We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts across multiple territories. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. Overview

: Traveling Music Lessons provides in-home music lessons with background-checked teachers across 12 major cities in the US, and is looking to expand into the Detroit market. As a Regional Sales Director (RSD), you will play a pivotal role in our organization by overseeing the recruitment of music teachers, managing the onboarding process, and driving student enrollment through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

:

• Teacher Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Identify and recruit talented music teachers through various channels.
• Collect new hire paperwork and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Register teachers in the Traveling Music Lessons Teacher Portal.
• Sales and Marketing:
• Utilize marketing apps and strategies to generate leads and inquiries from potential students.
• Maintain an active presence on the marketing app, ensuring responsiveness to leads at all times, including weekends and evenings.
• Engage with prospective students, understand their needs, and effectively sell them on our music lesson services.
• Match students with appropriate teachers based on their preferences and needs.
• Student Management:
• Coordinate lesson scheduling and ensure accurate setup through our online systems.
• Maintain detailed records and accounting information for each student-teacher pair.
• Provide ongoing support to students and teachers to ensure a positive learning experience.

Requirements

:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or music industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate the needs of prospective students and teachers.
• Experience in recruiting and onboarding personnel is a plus.
• Passion for music education and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Benefits

: Unlimited earning potential, significant flexibility, bonus structure for additional compensation tied to sales. This position is 100% commission based with unlimited upward potential. Candidates should be aware that you will be starting a territory from scratch. This position is great for someone returning to work or who is comfortable with a 100% commission structure. Pay: $1,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
