Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate specializing in New Home Construction. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective homebuyers, guiding them through the sales process and helping them find their ideal new home. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong understanding of the homebuilding industry. Duties * Engage with potential homebuyers to understand their needs and preferences * Present and demonstrate available new home models and features * Assist clients throughout the sales and design process, including answering questions and providing detailed information about floor plans, upgrades, and financing options * Coordinate with construction and design teams to ensure customer specifications are met * Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to nurture relationships and close sales * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity * Attend industry events and open houses to generate new leads and promote available properties * Must be available to work weekends in our model homes * Skills * Proven experience in customer service and sales, real estate and new home construction experience a must * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail * Ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales * Knowledge of local housing market trends, construction processes, and financing options is a plus * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about helping clients find their dream homes while contributing to the success of our construction team.
