Eminent Auto Hail Repair | Dallas -Fort Worth, TX Eminent Auto Hail Repair is hiring motivated Auto Hail Repair Sales Representatives to help drivers recover from hail damage using paintless dent repair (PDR). This is a field-based, door-to-door sales role focused on identifying hail-damaged vehicles and converting those opportunities into completed PDR repair jobs. This position is ideal for individuals with sales, door-to- door, automotive, or insurance experience who are looking for uncapped earning potential and long-term growth. Compensation & Benefits * Uncapped commission structure * Performance-based sign-on bonus * Monthly $3,000 Base Pay + Commission * Paid training and structured onboarding * Marketing and lead support * Strong local brand backing * Growth and advancement opportunities * High earning potential during hail season Responsibilities * Canvass neighborhoods, apartment complexes, and parking lots after hail events * Knock doors and approach vehicle owners with hail-damaged vehicles * Inspect vehicles and identify hail damage * Educate customers on the PDR and insurance claim process * Set inspections and close PDR repair jobs * Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process * Work directly with management and repair teams * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly production goals Qualifications * Sales or customer service experience preferred * Door-to-door or canvassing experience strongly preferred * Automotive or insurance experience a plus * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable * Comfortable working long days during hail events * Bilingual is a plus, but not required Performance-Based Sign-On Bonus New hires are eligible to earn up to $3,000 in sign-on bonus incentives , paid based on verified inspections, approved PDR repairs, and completed production milestones.
