We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Green Renewable Energy Representatives and Managers. This role is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about promoting sustainable energy solutions and are eager to make a significant impact in the renewable energy sector. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers directly, educate them about renewable energy options, and help them transition to sustainable solutions. This position offers unlimited income potential for high performers and provides a fast track for career advancement. Duties * Conduct outside sales activities, including door-to-door outreach, to generate leads and close sales in the renewable energy market. * Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to manage customer relationships, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records. * Engage with customers to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and providing information about solar energy products. * Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and agreements with clients. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that effectively promote renewable energy solutions. * Lead and mentor junior sales representatives, fostering a collaborative team environment. * Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in renewable energy technologies. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, preferably within the energy sector or related fields. * Familiarity with solar sales processes and energy sales strategies is highly desirable. * Proficiency in CRM software and Salesforce is a plus. * Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse customer bases. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving sales goals. * Excellent customer service skills combined with a passion for sustainability and renewable energy solutions.
