Duties and Responsibilities: * Receive and review customer inquiries for products and service * Inquiries will occur via phone, email and in-person conversations. * Send all information to the Inside Sales to be quoted. * Track all customer visits and outgoing quotes for follow-up. * Troubleshooting over the phone and in person for pumps and equipment as may be required. * Expand our customer base to help drive sales. * Provide all relevant information and photos for service-related jobs to the service team. * Any reasonable request by management.
