Why Join Precise Downhole Solutions: * Grow your career: long term opportunity, advanced career path * Safety First focused company culture * Competitive pay and comprehensive employee benefits package (health/dental/vision coverage and RRSP matching) Responsibilities: * Present Precise Downhole Services products (mainly gas lift products, downhole pressure and temperature monitoring) and services to oil and gas operators * Expand ongoing services and pursue new customers to expand operations and increase sales * Assist Sales Management with existing and new customer accounts * Provide technical support to customers * Identify opportunities for new products and services for customers * Deliver presentations for field or engineering teams, as well as help with troubleshooting customers wells. * Develop strong customer relationships. Identify sales opportunities that will generate future sales and repeat business through direct prospecting, following leads, and networking. * Drive and contribute to the department's continuous improvement culture. Preferred Qualifications: * Associate's Degree or Trade School Certification preferred * 2 years of successful technical service or field sales support experience * Experience in the oil and gas industry * Ability to use a customer relationship management (CRM) system * Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task * Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Pre-Employment Requirements: * Drug and alcohol test * Criminal background check * Employment verification * MVR check About Precise Downhole Solutions Precise Downhole Solutions is an international, Midland, TX based company equipped to meet the demanding needs in the reservoir monitoring sector of the oil industry.
