Are you a natural at connecting with people and helping them bring their ideas to life? We're looking for an outgoing, creative, and motivated Body Art Sales Consultant to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients looking to create custom body art. You'll guide them through the design consultation process, collaborate with our in-house artists, and help bring their vision to reality. This is a client-facing role that combines sales, customer service, and creative direction. We bring the customers to you. All you need to do is connect, create, and close. What You'll Do: * Meet with walk-in and booked clients to discuss their ideas for custom tattoo designs. * Guide clients through the consultation process and help them feel confident in their decisions. * Clearly communicate client requests to our tattoo artists to ensure smooth hand-offs. * Upsell and close sales on custom artwork, add-ons, and appointments. * Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming environment at all times. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles. * Excellent communication skills -- both verbal and written. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Comfortable using tablets and digital tools during consultations. * Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping people. Nice to Have: * Familiarity with Procreate or other digital illustration software. * Experience in the tattoo or body art industry.
