Exceptional Senior Living/ Retirement community on the stunning Central Coast of California seeks sales & marketing professional for their Sales and Marketing Director role. The SMD will need to be located in the territory between Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo , CA and ideally should have previous experience selling in an Assisted Living, Senior Living, Retirement Living, Memory Care, SNF or similar environment. Selling this community to potential residents is a breeze because the property and services provided are absolutely top tier. The ideal candidate will enjoy: * Stable base pay combined with generous commission structure!
