We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Assistant to support our Real Estate Closer in a fast-paced, growing Real Estate, Business, and Estate Planning Law Firm. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who wants to learn the real estate closing process and serve as a key point of contact for Realtors and clients. Position Overview The Real Estate Assistant will assist with real estate transactions from contract to closing by coordinating information, communicating with Realtors and other parties, and supporting signings and file preparation. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for Realtors and parties involved in closings * Collect, organize, and track documents and information from all parties * Assist with scheduling and conducting real estate signings * Monitor file progress and follow up to ensure deadlines are met * Communicate professionally by phone, email, and in person * Help maintain CRM records and case pipelines The Ideal Candidate * Friendly, professional, and confident communicator * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Eager to learn the real estate closing process * Dependable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality * Positive, team-oriented, and adaptable Real estate, title, or legal office experience is a plus but not required.
