Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential & Commercial Roofing & Exteriors Sales/Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. This role involves finding, hiring & developing new sales representatives, managing a small team, be in charge of creating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, sales team development & management, and new business development within the roofing and exteriors industry. Responsibilities * Hire, train, development a new small sales team. * Hit your performance KPI's as a team and hit your target sales goals. * Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to target residential and commercial clients in assigned territories. * Manage and grow existing accounts through excellent customer service, upselling, and relationship management. * Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, lead generation activities, and B2B outreach. * Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits of roofing and exterior solutions. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability. * Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and territory-specific outreach strategies. * Manage territory sales efforts by identifying new markets, analyzing competitors, and expanding the company's footprint. * Lead management efforts including inside sales, territory management, and direct sales approaches to maximize market penetration. * Collaborate with technical teams to understand product specifications for effective product demos and technical sales support. Qualifications * Proven past experience as a proven sales team manager. Someone with proven sales management leadership skills and attributes. Who is able to grow a team and hit monthly goals consecutively. Someone with experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales within the roofing or exterior industry preferred. * Strong management skills with experience in business development and account management. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building. * Ability to conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations effectively. * Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, and upselling strategies. * Strong analytical skills for market analysis and sales performance evaluation. * Effective communication skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving measurable results in a competitive environment.
