Summary: The Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the overhead crane industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, conducting market analysis, managing brand reputation, driving sales growth, and overseeing digital marketing efforts. The Director will also manage budgets, collaborate on product development, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities and duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned: * Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. * Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. * Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. * Brand Management: Enhance brand awareness and reputation through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives. * Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies and tactics. * Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. * Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies. * Budget Management: Manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. * Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to align sales and marketing efforts with new product launches. * Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and online advertising Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and / or marketing leadership roles within the overhead crane industry or a related field. * Proven track record of driving revenue growth and brand development. * Strong leadership and team-building skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools. * Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
