Join us as we continue to grow and expand our business to the Non-Delegated Correspondent Channel! * Job Description * Qualifications: * Minimum 1-2 year's experience in Wholesale Lending experience * Active Broker Connections * Excellent communication skills * Customer service focused * Detail oriented * Ability to thrive in a production driven environment * Be a team player * Computer/Technology savvy Duties: * Cold calling potential clients 30-50 calls per day * Tracking contacts in the company's CRM * Build relationships with current and new mortgage brokers * Maintains sales contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports * Trains brokers on HomeXpress Mortgage Corp's products and policies & procedures to ensure all loan files are complete and within guidelines * Adds value by working directly with brokers and loan officers on marketing programs * Stay abreast of underwriting guideline and program changes * Pre-underwriting/pre-qualifying loan files * Provide on-going service and support to brokers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Sales: 2 years (Required) * Non-QM: 2 years (Required) * Mortgage: 2 years (Required) Work Location: Remote * Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
