About This Position As a Sales Representative, you'll be connecting with homeowners daily to offer protection plans that save them from costly repair expenses. This is an outbound sales role where a high volume amount of calls made each day can be expected, converting qualified prospects into satisfied customers. We provide comprehensive hands-on training to ensure you master our sales process, product knowledge, and closing techniques. You'll start with a supported compensation structure that includes weekly base pay plus commission for your first three months as you build your skills and pipeline. After training, you'll transition to a pure performance-based compensation model where your earning potential is truly unlimited.
