Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hospice Care Sales Representative to join our healthcare team. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and community partners to promote hospice services. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and engage potential clients within healthcare settings. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the benefits of hospice services. * Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. * Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. * Collaborate with medical teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM tools. * Provide ongoing education about hospice care options to healthcare providers and community organizations. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes affecting hospice services. Qualifications * Proven experience in B2B sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and analysis tools. * Demonstrated ability in account management and outside sales strategies. * Knowledge of healthcare systems, hospice care services, or related medical fields is preferred. * Ability to conduct product demos confidently and educate clients on technical aspects of hospice services. * Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities.
