WHO YOU ARE You're the glue, the spark, the backstage pass to client success. You love to learn about your clients and their goals. You go out of your way to meet new people and make connections. You speak fluent strategy and know how to keep the creative concepts on track. You're part diplomat, part hype squad, part strategy builder. You don't just build and manage accounts--you own them. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Be the primary point of contact for your clients, meeting regularly to discuss project progress, results, and pivots--aka their brand's ride-or-die * Develop new clients by making community and business connections * Translate client goals into tangible concepts with creative direction and campaign strategy * Keep projects on time and on budget * Place and manage media, print items, and digital strategies * Spot opportunities for growth and upsell based on your partnerships with your clients * Present ideas and analytic reports with clarity and vision * Accurately input tasks into project management software and maintain direction with the production team * Invoice clients monthly or per project * Other duties as assigned WHAT YOU BRING * Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing, Management or adjacent discipline, or equivalent experience * 5+ years of account management or client services experience (agency life preferred) * A sixth sense for brand strategy and creative execution * Killer communication skills--written, verbal, emoji * A love for timelines, task lists, results, and making things actually happen BONUS POINTS * RFP Proposal preparation PERKS * Flexible work culture * Creative and strategic freedom * A wildly talented support team * Competitive Pay + quarterly bonus incentives * Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, gym membership reimbursement * No two days are the same Roshambo is an equal opportunity employer.
