Sales Manager is 3rd Up for Store Manager, is responsible for growing sales of the store through in house and field marketing plans, managing other sales associates, and working with others in store to achieve store success. Bonus if you have experience in the Rent to Own (RTO) industry

Duties

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives - Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies - Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or issues Experience - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry - Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage a team and drive results - Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Self-motivated with a strong drive for success If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and technology, we want to hear from you!
