Job Title: Outside Sales Representative Department: Sales Classification: Full Time, Exempt Location: Hybrid Salary Range: $80,000.00 - 100,000.00 + Commission (DOE) Reports to: VP of Sales About the Company: At U.S. Continental Marketing, we have manufactured the highest quality of leather and fabric care products, as well as specialty products for over 30 years. In our 100,000 square foot facility, U.S. Continental designs and create formulations for many of the world's most prestigious and well-known brands - and we are the global leader in leather and fabric care private label. Duties / Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategic programs to ensure achievement of sales targets such as increase in market penetration, gaining new business, as well as growth and retention of customers. * Maintain and review sales prospect pipeline and sales forecast. * Complete sales and negotiate contracts, as needed. * Keep current with industry standards and knowledge by attending trade shows, seminars and conventions. * Collaborate with President and VP of Sales to forecast future revenue, trending and actual sales activity. * Prepare and present proposals and presentations as needed. * Define new markets and propose strategies to succeed in new markets. * Track and manage opportunities in CRM to forecast and report results * Consultative sales focused on mid-sized to large enterprises within the liquid chemical industry. * Cosmetic/Private Label or packaging sales experience preferred. Education / Qualifications / Knowledge: * Bachelor's degree in a related field. (Business, Marketing, and/or Communication). * Private label manufacturing preferred. * 5+ years of proven sales experience, selling to major brands. * Strategic planning, prospecting, and presentation skills. * Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills. * Proficiency with CRM Sales Force and Microsoft Office Suite. * Self-starter who can work independently while being a strong team player.
