Specialty Pharmacy Sales Representative (NJ & NY Market) Location: Remote / Field-Based (NJ & NY) Pharmacy Location: Jersey City, NJ Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission (Performance-Based) Employment Type: Full-Time or Contract (Flexible) About Us We are a rapidly growing specialty and compounding pharmacy based in Jersey City, NJ , and fully licensed in New Jersey and New York. We work closely with providers to support patients who need customized medications, better availability, and a higher level of service than traditional chain pharmacies offer. We are looking for an experienced Specialty Pharmacy Sales Representative who can immediately contribute by leveraging existing provider relationships across NJ and NY. Territory * New Jersey & New York * This role does not require regular visits to the pharmacy * Field-based and remote flexibility depending on your workflow and accounts What You 'll Be Doing * Leverage existing relationships with physicians and medical offices * Develop new referral partnerships across multiple specialties, including: * Dermatology * Women 's Health / Compounding * Internal Medicine * Cardiology * Weight Loss / Metabolic Health * Diabetes Management * Educate providers and office staff on our: * Specialty medications * Compounding capabilities * Prescription transfer process * Patient support and turnaround times * Drive: * New prescription volume * Patient transfers from chain pharmacies * Coordinate closely with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless onboarding * Track outreach, referrals, and conversion results What We 're Looking For * Existing book of business or provider relationships (strongly preferred) * Experience in: * Pharmacy sales * Pharmaceutical sales * Medical device or healthcare sales * Comfortable selling across multiple specialties * Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven * Strong communication and follow-up skills * Familiarity with: * Specialty medications * Compounding pharmacies * Prior authorizations (plus, not required) Why This Role Is Different * You're selling a service-driven pharmacy solution , not a single drug * Shorter sales cycles than traditional pharma roles * No requirement to be in-store -- focus on relationships and results * Direct access to ownership and decision-makers * Uncapped earning potential * Ability to grow into a leadership or territory expansion role Compensation & Structure * Competitive base pay * Uncapped Bonus * Flexible structure (W2 or 1099, depending on fit) * Performance-based growth opportunities Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Travel reimbursement * Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
