Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership within the SaaS and Life Sciences industries, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and build high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. * Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives to expand our customer base. * Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and product offerings. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. * Analyze sales metrics and data to measure performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions. * Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely insights. * Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team. * Represent Cloudbyz at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and solutions. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus * Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role. * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the SaaS and Life Sciences industries. * Strong understanding of the eClinical landscape and the challenges faced by life sciences companies. * Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. * Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
