Sales Representative - Adult-Use Cannabis Territory: Eastern New York (Mid-Hudson, Capital Region & North Country) Position Overview We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow our Eastern New York territory, spanning the Mid-Hudson Valley, Capital Region, and North Country --essentially all regions along the I-87 corridor from south to north. This is a fully outside sales role with extensive regional travel. The ideal candidate thrives on the road, builds long-term dispensary relationships, and consistently drives revenue and brand presence across a diverse and growing market. You will represent three established adult-use cannabis brands : * Snobby Dankins * Senior Moments * Love Oui 'd Compensation * Competitive commission-based compensation * Performance-driven earnings with strong upside * Additional details discussed during the interview process Key Responsibilities * Actively sell and promote products across assigned Eastern NY territory * Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with licensed dispensaries * Drive sales growth at both the account and regional levels * Develop account-specific strategies to increase velocity, shelf presence, and reorder frequency * Execute consistent in-market brand representation and education * Maintain regular in-person dispensary visits across the territory * Identify new retail opportunities and onboard new accounts * Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, launches, and promotions * Track and report sales activity, pipeline progress, and market feedback * Represent company brands professionally at store visits, pop-ups, and industry events as needed Territory Expectations * Extensive travel throughout Eastern New York * Regular driving between Mid-Hudson, Capital Region, and North Country accounts * Overnight travel may be required depending on location and scheduling Qualifications & Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales (cannabis experience strongly preferred) * Strong relationship-building and communication skills * Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently * Comfortable managing a large geographic territory * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle * Ability to meet or exceed sales targets * Familiarity with NYS adult-use cannabis regulations is a plus * Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Why Join Us? * Represent multiple established cannabis brands with distinct identities * High-growth territory with expanding retail opportunities * Commission-based structure that rewards performance * Autonomy, flexibility, and real ownership of your region * Be part of a growing New York adult-use cannabis operation Interested candidates should submit a resume and brief cover letter outlining relevant sales experience and territory familiarity to [email address].
