Job Summary We are currently seeking experienced Commercial/Residential Roofing & Exteriors Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for sales professionals with a background in outside sales, business development, and account management to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach. Must be experienced in home setting presentations and closing on site for exterior upgrade and remodeling projects. As a key player in our sales force, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing territory accounts, and delivering product demos to prospective clients. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and delivering exceptional service within the roofing and exteriors industry. Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target commercial and residential clients within assigned territories * Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers * Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively * Utilize CRM software such as GoHighLevel to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status * Collaborate with management on territory management strategies and sales goals * Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to existing clients * Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings, industry trends, and competitors' activities * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally Experience * Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or exterior construction industry preferred * Experience with management or business development roles is highly desirable * Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or other CRM software for lead generation and account management * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and customer service abilities * Demonstrated ability to manage territory accounts effectively through territory management strategies * Experience in retail sales, inside sales, or direct sales is a plus * Ability to analyze market data and develop targeted sales approaches * Previous experience in product demos, upselling techniques, and B2B interactions preferred This position offers an engaging environment for motivated sales professionals eager to grow their careers in the roofing and exteriors industry. Pay structure: * 10-15% of the net profit of each signed agreement - DOE.
