Job Responsibilities * Prospect, build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers via telephone, networking and other lead sources. * Quote, issue and service new insurance policies for auto, home, umbrella, and other types of personal insurance. * Advise clients on appropriate coverage options and limits. * Document and update records in our agency management system (AMS360) and utilize the CRM system (AgencyZoom). * Properly document conversations and store documents such as quotes, pictures and certificates of compliance. * Build rapport with clients and prospects through outstanding customer service and responsive communication. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the agency's growth. Minimum Requirements * High School Diploma (or equivalent) * License: Property & Casualty (TX) Preferred Skills * Areas of Expertise: Bodily Injury, High Value Homes, Manufactured Homes, Motorcycles & ATVs, Property Damage, Watercraft, Homeowners & Renters, Personal Auto, Umbrella / Excess Liability * Management System: AMS360 * Computer Skills: DocuSign, Adobe, MS Outlook, MS Excel Benefits * Health * Dental * Vision * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Paid Holidays * 401(k) * Flexible Schedules * Great Team Culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance * Work from home Work Location: Remote
