Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. * Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives. * Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. * Cleaning of certain areas (bathroom, waiver kiosk, glass) * Handling and counting cash registers. Skills * Stocking and Inventory Management. * Proven experience in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with diverse audiences. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
