The Showing Assistant role with Agents With A Smile is designed for newer agents who want consistent exposure to active buyers, real market conditions, and proven systems while building the habits required for a sustainable real estate career. This position emphasizes learning, service, and skill development rather than quick income or short-term wins. As a Showing Assistant, you will work directly with buyers in the field by conducting home tours, gathering feedback, and supporting the overall client experience. You'll gain valuable face-to-face time with clients, improve your communication skills, and develop confidence navigating properties, neighborhoods, and buyer expectations. While there may be opportunities to be compensated for showings, this role is not intended as a primary income position. Showing Assistants are expected to actively participate in lead generation, training, and coaching, and to view showings as a pathway to learning faster and creating future business through excellent service. Responsibilities * Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch * Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes * Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria * Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients * Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Participate in team activities per team standards * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call * Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
