We're seeking a dedicated and versatile Warehouse/Sales Associate to support our operations and provide excellent service to our customers. Position Overview: As a Warehouse/Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers, assembling products, and promoting our items through social media. We're looking for a creative and motivated individual who can handle physical tasks and contribute positively to our team and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble a variety of home renovation items, including cabinets, vanities, furniture, and more. - Help customers find products that meet their needs and provide expert guidance. - Use a cash register to complete customer transactions accurately. - Unload deliveries from trucks using pallet jacks, and organize items in the warehouse. - Assist with loading large items, such as vanities, into customer vehicles; must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. - Take high-quality photos of items and write compelling descriptions for listings on social media platforms. - Manage and update product listings to ensure accuracy and engagement with potential customers. Qualifications: - Experience in assembly, woodworking, or a related field is advantageous. - Ability to lift heavy items and perform manual labor. - Strong customer service skills and clear communication abilities. - Experience with social media platforms and basic photography skills. - Basic writing skills for creating engaging product descriptions. - Team-player mentality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Basic math skills for handling retail transactions.
