Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated Market Makers to join our roofing sales team. This is not your typical 9-to-5 job. As a sales rep, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy--you are essentially your own boss. If you're self-driven, disciplined, and ready to grow your income based on performance, please keep reading. We are a contracting company who's largest revenue stream is insurance restoration work. Roofs are our bread and butter, but we also do all sorts of exteriors work, both residential and commercial. Most of clients are paying very little out of pocket for the work we do, which makes this a very easy sale for candidates who are willing to go out and prospect leads. Responsibilities * Increase business revenue and personal commission by generating leads and closing sales. * Build and maintain relationships with prospects in order to obtain new business. * Conduct cold calling and/or door knocking to identify and close prospects * Present company services to prospects, demonstrating their value and benefits. * Collaborate with the sales management and back office to refine sales goals and performance. * Track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * You must be comfortable climbing a ladder and inspecting a roof * Sales and construction experience are not necessary. We will train the right candidates. * You must have a vehicle as this job requires you to be in the field prospecting at client homes most of the time.
