Duties * Engage customers through calls and follow-ups. * Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. * Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. * Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery. * Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
