Sales Representative - Premier Laboratories, LLC Employment Type: Full-Time About Premier Laboratories, LLC Premier Laboratories LLC is a rapidly growing clinical diagnostics laboratory providing highquality, reliable testing services to healthcare providers, clinics, and community organizations. Our mission is to deliver accurate, timely laboratory results that empower clinicians to make informed decisions for patient care. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a driven and performancefocused Sales Representative to join our team. Position Overview The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business relationships, growing existing accounts, and promoting Premier Laboratories' diagnostic testing services. This role requires a motivated selfstarter with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand and articulate clinical laboratory services. Key Responsibilities * Identify, prospect, and acquire new healthcare clients including physicians, clinics, urgent care centers, home health agencies, and other medical providers. * Build and maintain strong, longterm relationships with clients to drive repeat business. * Present and explain Premier Laboratories' testing services, capabilities, turnaround times, and competitive advantages. * Conduct regular onsite visits, virtual meetings, and followups to support client needs. * Collaborate with internal teams (Client Services, Lab Operations, Billing) to ensure smooth on-boarding and resolution of client issues. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems. * Represent Premier Laboratories professionally at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings. * Stay informed on laboratory testing trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory considerations. Qualifications * Required: * 1-3 years of laboratory sales experience * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for field-based reps). * Preferred: * Experience in sales to Pain management physicians or diagnostics sales. * Knowledge of CPT codes, insurance billing, and clinical workflows. * Existing provider network or medical industry relationships.
