Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity. Responsibilities * Input and update data in databases and ERP systems with precision. * Perform data entry tasks including order entry, transcription, and filing. * Collect and organize data for reporting purposes, utilizing pivot tables as needed. * Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of clerical tasks. * Assist with administrative duties as required to support the team. * Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement in data management. Qualifications * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications. * Experience with databases and ERP systems is preferred. * Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. * Basic math skills for data verification and calculations. * Previous clerical or administrative experience is an asset. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
