Oakland Heights Senior Living is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team! The Sales Coordinator works closely with the Sales Director and community leadership team to support occupancy growth in a senior living community. This role focuses on lead management, outreach, tours, administrative coordination, and relationship building to help drive move-ins and meet sales goals. Key Responsibilities * Support the Sales Director in achieving monthly sales and occupancy goals * Respond to inbound calls and web leads within 30 minutes * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (Yardi) * Conduct outreach and community relationship visits * Coordinate tours, follow-ups, and prospect communications * Assist with move-in preparation and ensure required paperwork is completed on time * Communicate prospect activity clearly with the management and front desk teams * Participate in daily stand-ups, sales meetings, and ongoing training * Represent the community professionally at events and in the community Performance Expectations * 200+ voice-to-voice calls per month * Minimum of 40 outreach visits per month * Support 5+ move-ins per month * Assist with deposits and tour conversions Qualifications * Experience in sales, customer service, or senior living preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Comfortable working with CRM systems * Ability to multitask and follow detailed processes * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Professional appearance and demeanor Work Schedule: * Tuesday-Saturday or * Sunday-Thursday Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch); flexible for events Why Join Us * Base pay plus commission! * Ongoing training and mentorship * Collaborative leadership team * Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in senior living EEOC Statement: The above statements are intended to be a general description.
