Key Responsibilities: * Drive sales revenue with industry-leading Cloud Service Providers and ODMs to achieve the sales targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including engineering, sourcing, and other decision makers. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless account activities and timely support of customer needs. * Support the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including product presentations and solution design, with a focus on implementing Bizlink's interconnectivity solutions. * Resolve issues and identify opportunities for process and product improvement to enhance customer satisfaction. * Provide insightful product knowledge, stay informed on industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to effectively highlight Bizlink's value propositions, address customer needs, and drive successful implementation of Bizlink's solutions. * Contribute to sales forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring accurate revenue projections and alignment with business goals. * This role requires professional proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with our China-based team. * Any other responsibilities assigned by your Manager. Job Requirements * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. * Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical or sales environment. * Familiarity with IT infrastructure, CSPs, and ODMs is a plus. * Successful candidates will have. * A self-driven and highly motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges.
