Full description of the position
We are building a high-performance prospecting department in Louisville real estate and are hiring an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) who is competitive, coachable, and driven by results. This is not customer service and not hourly work. This is a true sales role with no income cap and a clear advancement path. What You 'll Do * Make outbound phone calls to homeowners daily * Follow proven scripts and objection-handling frameworks * Set qualified listing appointments for the Listing Specialist * Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up tasks * Attend daily/weekly coaching, role-play, and skill practice * Engage in consistent, structured prospecting blocks * Generate signed listing agreements through quality conversations Pay Structure (Simple + Transparent) This role starts with closed-deal compensation only. Starting Pay (Foundation Mode): You earn 15 bps (0.15%) of the sale price of every home you help generate. Sale Price 0.0015 = Your Pay Examples: * $300,000 home = $450 * $400,000 home = $600 * $500,000 home = $750 * No cap on closings or income Advancement Path (You Control Your Income) We offer a clear, written progression as you produce results.
