Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed regional sales goals across assigned territories. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Project Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by managing key accounts, developing new client relationships, and expanding our presence within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in outside sales, B2B sales, and territory management, with a proven track record of success in technical or product sales. As a vital link between our company and clients, the Regional Project Sales Representative will leverage skills in negotiation, customer service, and lead generation to achieve sales targets and foster long-term partnerships. Responsibilities * Working the Show Room and Servicing Customers * Manage existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue. * Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value proposition effectively. * Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives; utilize CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking prospects and customer interactions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and lead generation. * Manage territory activities including planning visits, tracking sales metrics, analyzing market trends, and reporting on progress regularly. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues proactively to foster loyalty. * Conduct product demos for prospective clients, highlighting features that address their specific challenges or requirements. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales within the Glazing and or Construction industry. * Demonstrated success in lead generation, direct sales, cold calling, and upselling strategies. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools; strong analysis skills for interpreting sales data. * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with superior customer service abilities. * Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong communication skills for engaging clients through presentations, meetings, and written correspondence. * Experience in product demos and technical sales environments preferred. * Knowledge of marketing principles related to territory development and brand positioning is a plus. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and management responsibilities.
