Safe Showers is now Bath Wise! At Bath Wise we are customer-focused and work hard to change the way people go about bathroom remodeling by making it convenient, stress free and FAST! We started in 1990 doing bathrooms for new homes and then converted to a 1-2-day bathroom remodeling company in San Antonio. Since that time, we have expanded our service area to include Austin, DFW, and the Texas Hill Country and areas surrounding San Antonio and Austin now offering full bathroom refreshes including walk-in showers, tubs, vanities, flooring and toilets. We are adding 1 or 2 ambitious, motivated professionals to our team to help us achieve our goal of becoming Texas's Most Admired Home Improvement Company. We are a family owned and operated business that is focused on our clients and our team members. Great Customer Service is our focus in all that we do. We think differently so our customers can easily fit a high-quality remodel into their busy lives. Our sales professionals break the stereotype and quickly form lasting relationships with our customers. Your job is to help them find a beautiful solution to an outdated tub or stay independent in their home through a tub to shower conversation or a walk-in tub. If you are a problem solver who wants to build their career around people, we want you! This is a great opportunity for seasoned home improvement reps, outside sales reps, or similar looking to transition into a new sales position. Our Outside Sales Representatives: * Uncapped commissions and enjoy a bonus program! Six figure annual earnings are very realistic in the first year. * Receive pre-set appointments from our Inside Sales Department. No more cold calling! * Facilitate a one-call-close appointment in the customer's home * Accurately complete all paperwork relating to sales and financing * Enjoy collaborating with team members and growing professionally in team meetings * Some weekends may be required; Mandatory Saturdays and occasional Sundays if you want them * Extreme time management and organizational skills; * Strong communication skills (written and verbal); Responsibilities: * Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sale methodology. * Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately. * Follow up as required with our Admin and Operations team to ensure successful completion of your customer's project. Basic Qualifications: * High school degree or equivalent * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. * 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended. Who You Are: * CLOSER!! One Call Close. * Passionate about selling. * Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely. * Ability and comfortability traveling to sales leads anywhere in and around a 2-hour radius from your home. * Self-motivated, detailed, and organized. * Enjoy working as an independent contractor to maximize your earning potential. * The ability to not take "no" personally and a healthy sense of competitiveness. * Time and work process management skills and the ability to work independently. * The owner of any iPhone and a 12.9 iPad pro with cell service and keyboard. * Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen. Schedule: * We'll provide you with preassigned sales leads up to 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Ability to run weekend appointments when desired and they're available! * Appointments are scheduled throughout the week at three different time slots: 10:00am, 2:00pm, and 6:00pm. * Road warrior - must be comfortable driving an average of [please apply online] miles a week. What We Offer: * $110,000 - $250,000 in compensation potential. * High earning opportunity while maintaining better quality of life. Salary: $110,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Work Location: On the road. Physical Requirements: Mobility & Travel * Ability to travel frequently (often by car, train, or plane) within a region or nationally. * Must be able to drive and/or carry a valid driver 's license. * Walking and standing for extended periods during trade shows, client site visits, or sales meetings. Manual Tasks * Lifting and carrying moderate-weight materials (e.g., product samples, promotional materials, or trade show displays)--generally up to 25-30 pounds. * Setting up and taking down booths at events or exhibitions. Vision & Hearing * Good visual acuity for reading reports, presentations, and using a computer. * Adequate hearing for phone calls, virtual meetings, and face-to-face client communication. Computer & Phone Use * Prolonged periods of sitting and using a computer or smartphone. * Repetitive motion from typing, scrolling, or using handheld devices. Communication * Clear verbal communication is essential--may require speaking for extended periods during presentations or negotiations.
