Position Summary We are helping our client find a driven, relationship-oriented Sales Representative who can represent their manufacturing business. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and serving as the primary commercial contact for injection molding. Job Specifications * Prospect and generate new leads across target industries: OEMs, manufacturers, product developers, engineering firms, and industrial brands * Identify opportunities for plastics molding * Build a strong pipeline and manage opportunities through CRM * Serve as main point of contact for potential and existing customers * Educate costumers on full capabilities from concept to production * Ensure projects are transitioned smoothly to the appropriate team post-sale * Stay aware of trends in manufacturing, supply chain issues, competitor activities, and new product developments * Report market observations to leadership to help guide strategy * Track leads, quotes and pipeline activity * Attend select trade shows, industry events and customer visits Job Requirements * Business development experience in manufacturing required (plastics or industry adjacent) * Strong technical curiosity and willingness to learn * Relationship-builder with excellent communication and follow through * Comfortable with travel across MN (up to 25% depending on season and pipeline) * Valid drivers license Compensation Base salary $80,000 to $120,000 based on experience and potential to convert existing book of business + commission structure tied to new business wins #ZelleG
