Weekend Sales Role - Organic Vegan Dessert Brand Location: Outer Sunset Farmers' Market Schedule: Sundays, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM Pay: $40+/hour About Marinko 's Desserts Based in Berkeley, Marinko's Desserts produces raw, organic, plant-based cakes made from nutrient-activated nuts and top-tier whole ingredients. Our farmers market booth is fast-paced, crowded, and consistently near the top in traffic across the Bay Area. We're looking for someone who thrives in a high-intensity setting and genuinely enjoys talking to people all day. The Role Each Sunday, you'll take full command of the Marinko's booth -- sampling, interacting, and pushing sales from open to close without easing up.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of our raw, organic vegan desserts through direct engagement
• Hand out samples and clearly explain what makes our cakes stand out
• Maintain strong foot traffic with a confident, noticeable presence
• Keep the booth organized, polished, and visually strong
• Process cash and card payments with accuracy Who This Job Fits This is a hands-on, high-output role suited for someone who wants movement, pressure, and constant customer flow. You're the right match if you:

• And, above all, you are passionate about clean eating and educating yourself and our customers about healthy nutrition.

Compensation

• $30/hour guaranteed or commission, whichever pays more
