Overview Liberty Lift Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Down Hole Rod Pump Field Sales Person to join our team. This individual will serve as a technical sales representative, building strong customer relationships while offering expert knowledge of downhole rod pumps. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and repairing rod pumps and the ability to communicate technical solutions in a way that builds trust and drives business. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the field regarding downhole rod pump services and products. * Build, maintain, and grow customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. * Provide technical support and make informed recommendations based on customer needs. * Communicate complex technical information clearly and professionally to customers and internal teams. * Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. * Collaborate with operations, shop, and field personnel to ensure seamless customer service. * Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support customer needs after hours. * Accurately document all customer interactions, quotes, and sales activity.
