Compensation $70,000 base salary with monthly performance-based bonus Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the branch sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through coaching, training, and performance management. * Develop strategic sales plans tailored to local market needs, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts in both residential and B2B environments. * Cultivate strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions. * Drive new business development initiatives through target marketing efforts, networking and proactive outreach. * Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize branch performance. * Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to analyze sales data, forecast trends and optimize sales strategies. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and promote brand consistency across all touchpoints. Requirements * 3-5 yrs of experience in sales leadership or management within residential and B2B environments. * 3-5 yrs of experience in outside sales * Prior experience in the security/alarm industry, strongly preferred * Bachelor's Degree in sales or business or relevant industry experience * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for analysis, reporting and account management. * Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. * Demonstrated success in managing sales teams with strong leadership skills that inspire high performance. * The ability to develop sales strategies and drive results in a competitive marketplace. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate teams effectively. * Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement actionable plans. * A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
