Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Leads Sales Representative to join our energetic sales team! In this pivotal role, you will be selling leads to business owners. You can make substantial amounts of money doing this salary+ commission is being offered. We are looking for 5 girls and 2 guys ready to come in learn how to sell and ready to make boat loads of money. If substantial progress is made you can be upgraded to work for our main company prestigious capital group as a loan broker where you could make 500k-1M a year. Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through active coaching and support. * Engage with customers directly to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a positive buying experience. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. * Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust approaches to maximize results. * Provide ongoing training to team members on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and sales best practices. * Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for satisfaction and loyalty. * Collaborate with management to set goals, plan promotional activities, and improve overall sales processes. Qualifications * Come in hungry and ready to learn and make money. No experience needed. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers and team members. * Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals through proactive engagement and strategic thinking. * Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. * A positive attitude combined with resilience and motivation to drive results in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and industry best practices is advantageous.
