Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and expanding our market presence across various sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales, and expertise in technology and technical sales environments. As a pivotal part of our organization, the Sales Manager will oversee 8-10 product specialist daily to ensure they are doing their daily duties. Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets through effective management and coaching. * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to target markets, including outside sales efforts. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners to foster long-term business growth. * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, utilizing tools like Salesforce for tracking and analysis. * Identify new business opportunities through market research, analysis skills, and industry networking. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate leads. * Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Oversee account management activities to ensure client retention and expansion of existing accounts. * Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and inform strategic decisions. * Provide leadership in technical sales environments by understanding product specifications and customer needs. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales roles with a track record of achieving targets. * Strong management background with previous leadership roles in sales teams or departments. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing data. * Experience in business development, account management, and marketing strategies. * Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable insights. * Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and drive results across diverse markets.
