Responsibilities * What You 'll Do * The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for executing the hotel's catering sales strategy. * Plan, coordinate, and service all catering events on the property. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate, social, and association groups. * Develop catering proposals, contracts, and event orders. Respond to client and guest questions. * Ensure that all event specifications are met, including food and beverage, decor, audio visual, and staffing. * Actively prospect new catering business, seeking to make connections and generate revenue. * Other reasonable duties as assigned. What You 'll Bring * A focus on building relationships and developing connections with clients and hotel department leaders. * Desire to grow and contribute. * Positive demeanor. * Excellent organization and communication skills. * Knowledge of hotel operations, events, or sales preferred.
