We're on a growth trajectory -- and we're seeking a strategic, results-oriented Sales Director to lead our U.S. sales organization. What You 'll Do * Set the vision, strategy, and execution plan for sales growth. * Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team. * Drive revenue targets through pipeline management and effective forecasting. * Build and manage key strategic client relationships and negotiations. * Partner with marketing on demand generation and go-to-market initiatives. * Represent FSS at major industry conferences and events. Build FSS pipeline through phone calls, networking, and attending conferences and events. * What We 're Looking For * Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred). * 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience. * Track record in SaaS B2B sales, ideally in legal or banking tech. * Experience managing sales teams and influencing C-level executives. * Proven expertise in sales strategy, pipeline management, and closing enterprise deals. * Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
