Title: Technical Sales Reporting to: Sales Director/Warehouse Operator Qualifications: Community College Sales Experience Industry Experience Responsibilities include: * Sign new customers * Complete Refrigerant Recoveries and Coordinate with Operations on Scheduling * Maintain relationships with current and new customers * Sales quote preparation * Invoice preparation * Documentation maintenance and reporting as required * Liaison between sales, customers and operations * Customer service duties including responding to customer calls / emails * Perform daily inspections and light preventive maintenance on equipment. * Fill out and complete forms as required. * Maintain good working relationship with all coworkers, suppliers, and customers. * Perform cross departmental duties and assignments as required * Meet Sales Growth Requirements Skill requirements: * Must have clean driving record * Must be able to lift 70lbs consistently * Ability to set and implement standards for building strong enduring Customer relationships. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. * Attention to detail and mathematical aptitude is a requirement * Must be proficient with computers (MS Office, Word, Excel, etc.) - Great Plains Dynamics knowledge an asset.
