What You Bring: * High School Diploma or GED required. An associate degree or technical school certificate in HVAC or a related field is preferred. * Proven sales history with a minimum of 1 year of HVAC outside sales experience is required. * High-energy individual who demonstrates confidence, accountability, and professionalism. * Must be coachable and possess a willingness to learn new things and adapt to new sales strategies. * Excellent communicator with the ability to quickly create rapport with diverse customers. * Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen upon hire. * Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: * Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day. * Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold. * Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day * Comfortable and capable of working in basements and crawl spaces.
