ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Build relationships with dealers by providing the highest quality customer service in the industry. * Contact dealership Principals about the benefits of using PAC for their flooring needs * Effectively manage and market assigned dealer relationships to achieve all quality, pricing, and volume objectives. * Effectively train new dealership partners on PAC's flooring line. * Follow up on approved deals. * Maintain weekly dealer visits log. * Communicate a weekly marketing schedule with the department head. * Communicate market trends and collect competitive programs as needed. * Promote a culture of teamwork, excellence and integrity. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * Must have a thorough understanding of dealership operations and the auto finance industry. * Must have contacts with Independent dealerships in your assigned territory. * Must possess strong interpersonal and people skills. * Must possess the ability to make consistent quality decisions. * Must possess team building and relationship management skills. * Must be self-motivated and able to work independently. * Must be able to meet deadlines and establish objectives. * Must have strong marketing and sales skills. * Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.'
