ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build relationships with dealers by providing the highest quality customer service in the industry.
• Contact dealership Principals about the benefits of using PAC for their flooring needs
• Effectively manage and market assigned dealer relationships to achieve all quality, pricing, and volume objectives.
• Effectively train new dealership partners on PAC's flooring line.
• Follow up on approved deals.
• Maintain weekly dealer visits log.
• Communicate a weekly marketing schedule with the department head.
• Communicate market trends and collect competitive programs as needed.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, excellence and integrity. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a thorough understanding of dealership operations and the auto finance industry.
• Must have contacts with Independent dealerships in your assigned territory.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and people skills.
• Must possess the ability to make consistent quality decisions.
• Must possess team building and relationship management skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and establish objectives.
• Must have strong marketing and sales skills.
