Now we're expanding our New York office and hiring a Business Development Manager to grow revenue and forge new partnerships. You'll report to the BD Director and contribute to our next-stage growth - taking us past $250M in ARR. Bring your drive - and help turn great ideas into real, working products. What you'll do * Build and close a $1M+ annual book of business with high-growth tech companies * Lead discovery and sales conversations focused on outcomes * Collaborate with product and engineering experts to turn client goals into clear execution paths. * Use AI tools and automation to streamline outreach and insights * Contribute to brand visibility by engaging in VC/startup events and ecosystem activity * Maintain clean pipeline data and bring a mindset of continuous improvement What you bring * 3+ years of experience in tech consultative sales or talent/recruitment sales * Proven ability to self-source and close complex deals * Confident working with technical and executive stakeholders * Strong grasp of product development and how fast-moving companies scale * Highly autonomous, outcome-focused, and energized by growth * Experience with modern GTM tooling and AI-powered sales workflows * A builder's mindset - you move with urgency, clarity, and accountability What you'll get * OTE: $200K+ (Base: $80K-$120K + commission) * 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (including family plans) * Ongoing sales training, mentorship, and career development * 401(k) with 4% company match * Generous PTO + floating holidays + winter break * Peloton membership + wellness perks * Pet-friendly office + regular events and startup energy Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Vention is an equal-opportunity employer.
