Active Sales Representative (Hunter & Relationship Manager) - Telecom (Cold Calling , Field Sales & Account Management) This Is NOT a Passive Sales Job We are looking for a true active sales professional -- someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, walking into buildings, meeting decision- makers, and building a strong local sales network. If you believe sales is about action, discipline, and follow-up, this role is for you. What You Will Do (Daily) - Make 20-30 outbound sales calls per day (cold calling is mandatory). - Conduct 2-3 in-person meetings daily with business owners, office managers, and property managers. - Visit buildings within your assigned territory and develop long-term sales relationships. - Build and expand a sales network inside commercial buildings. - Identify new opportunities for internet, phone, and IT services. - Enter leads, contacts, and meeting results into our CRM system. - Follow up consistently via phone and email until deals are closed. Who We Are Looking For - Strong active sales skills -- this is crucial. - Confidence with cold calling and face-to-face meetings. - High energy, persistence, and a results-driven mindset. - Ability to work independently and manage a daily activity plan. - Telecom or B2B sales experience is a big plus, but not required. - Young professionals are welcome -- we provide training and adaptation for those eager to learn and grow.
