Solar Appointment Setter (Door-to-Door) Full-Time or Part-Time | Train Into Solar Closer We're expanding our residential solar outreach team in the Frisco-Dallas area and are looking for motivated individuals who want flexible work with real growth potential. This role starts as an Appointment Setter and includes structured training to advance into a Solar Closer position. What You 'll Do

• Speak with homeowners in local neighborhoods
• Introduce basic solar and energy-saving benefits
• Set qualified appointments for solar consultations
• Follow simple routing and reporting guidelines No selling required at the start. Growth Opportunity All team members begin as Setters. After completing training and meeting performance standards, qualified individuals will:
• Shadow experienced closers
• Learn solar presentations and proposals
• Progress into a Solar Closer role and close their own deals Training & Schedule
• No experience required -- full training provided
• Virtual training: Tuesdays & Thursdays
• In-person coaching: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (Frisco, TX)
• Full-Time: Afternoon-evening, weekdays
• Part-Time: Flexible 3-5 day options

Requirements

• Based near Frisco or Dallas, TX
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Coachable, dependable, and motivated
